Rachel is an Analytics Consultant with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically using Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI. She has led transformative initiatives using both data analysis and business intelligence. She has a passion for creating efficient and effective user-friendly processes that drive key decision-making.

Before joining Aimpoint Digital, Rachel worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Walden University, where she showcased her skills in streamlining and automating data management, produced real-time analysis for the legal team, audited federal reporting, and led a data migration initiative.

Rachel earned a BS in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, and an MS in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

In her free time, you will find her at the barn with her horse, volunteering in her community with her therapy dog, and playing video games.
