Molly Harras

Molly is a Senior Analytics Consultant with a data analytics and engineering background in the energy sector. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, minoring in Creative Writing.

During and after college, Molly worked for Pioneer Natural Resources, where she developed several impactful data and reporting tools based in Alteryx, Power BI, and Python. Additionally, she developed and taught a day-long introductory class to Power BI and mentored summer interns to support the next generation of data professionals.

In the Alteryx community, Molly is well known as the back-to-back Grand Prix champion, having won the 2023 and All Stars 2024 competitions at Alteryx Inspire Las Vegas. This accomplishment highlights her ability to work under pressure and her passion for solving puzzles.

In her career, Molly strives to help others by designing end-to-end solutions, providing thorough documentation, and finding ways to have fun along the way.
