Megan Williams

Megan is a Senior Recruiting Manager at Aimpoint Digital. She is skilled in top-tier talent acquisition through relationship building and innovative marketing. She strives to build trust and credibility with candidates by leading with honesty and empathy and always prioritizing the candidate’s experience. Partnering closely with candidates and hiring teams, Megan ensures seamless and transparent hiring and onboarding.

Before joining Aimpoint Digital, Megan worked in healthcare for 7+ years as a physician recruiter specializing in Neurology. As the lead recruiter and account manager for all National Account businesses, Megan managed relationships with health system executives and sourced Neurologists in alignment with client needs.

Megan lives in Atlanta, GA, with her husband, young son, and two rescue dogs, Ella (Lab) and Kirby (Golden Retriever). She earned her BA in Public Relations with a minor in Sociology from the University of Georgia. She enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Braves and Georgia Bulldogs.
