He has worked in banking, e-commerce, and legal technology, leading teams to optimize distributed platforms and increase system efficiency. Luis is also a Databricks certified Data Engineer with expertise in Scala, Spark, Kafka, Python, Java, Databricks, AWS, and Azure.
 
Before joining Aimpoint, he worked at Toronto-based Leasaver Inc., leading software development efforts that increased system performance by 73%. He has also worked on data-driven solutions and machine-learning models for multiple Colombian companies.
