Kate Redsecker

Kate is a Principal Data Engineer with ten years of data analytics and engineering experience in various industries, including D2C Ecom/Retail, Health and Wellness, and non-profit. She is passionate about solving infrastructure and analytics problems creatively and efficiently. Before joining Aimpoint, she worked at small start-ups, transitioning them from disparate data tools and sources onto modern data stack infrastructure (dbt Labs, Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker), making data accessible and self-serve for internal and external stakeholders. Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College with a Major in Psychology, minors in Linguistics and Geology, and a Master of Arts in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University. She enjoys concerts, traveling, photography, and playing with her dogs in her spare time.
