Johana Cadavid

Johana is Aimpoint Digital’s Director of Learning with a decade of experience in Learning and Development. She is deeply passionate about guiding individuals and organizations through change and transformation, as well as guiding leaders to inspire and motivate their teams. With a systemic perspective, Johana leverages her facilitation skills to foster collaboration and cohesion among team members.  

Before joining Aimpoint Digital, Johana served as the Director of the Organizational Development program at one of Latin America's top universities and worked as a People and OD manager for a tech startup. In these roles, she helped organizations develop effective strategies for learning, collaboration, and growth.  

Johana holds a Master's degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University in Montreal. Her adventurous spirit has led her to live in various countries, including China, Mexico, Canada, and currently Colombia, her hometown. In her free time, she enjoys writing, exercising, and exploring ways to integrate Buddhist teachings into daily life while inspiring others to live a more meaningful and examined lives.
