Carl Slifer

Carl is a Senior Analytics Consultant at Aimpoint Digital with 10+ years of experience in the analytical and data space. He has experience with various verticals such as finance, consulting, public sector, logics, and energy. His career in data has covered a few areas; he has engineered and led solution implementations, given over 100 Tableau trainings, worked as a forecasting statistician in a call center, worked heavily in Tableau dashboards, and has expertise in ETL/ELT.

Prior to joining Aimpoint, Carl worked for InterWorks as an Analytics Consultant. While there, Carl developed a soft spot for embedded analytics, data monetization, and solutions engineering. Carl has a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. He carries certifications in Tableau, Alteryx, Dataiku, AWS, and Snowflake.

In his spare time, Carl is either hiking, trying out a new recipe or an old favorite, traveling, or spoiling his cat, Luna Ba-Buna.
