Caitlin Capelle

Caitlin joins Aimpoint Digital as Director of Project Management, bringing over 11 years of experience in project and program management. She has a proven track record of implementing project management best practices across diverse industries, including retail, insurance, and fintech.

Caitlin is passionate about leveraging project management methodologies to empower teams and ensure the success of project objectives. Her expertise lies in integrating project management frameworks into organizations, building structured portfolios and programs designed to enhance client support and deliver exceptional results.

Prior to joining Aimpoint Digital, Caitlin was the Director of Project Management at Covered Insurance, where she was instrumental in building and expanding the organization's Project Management Office (PMO). In this capacity, she led a variety of strategic initiatives, including software implementations, establishing offshore teams, managing mergers and acquisitions, and developing training programs to embed project management best practices across departments.

In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys visiting Disney World often, working out at the gym , and watching all the true crime series Netflix has to offer.
